Delete your data

You can ask smile.krd to delete everything we received about you through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, our ads' lead forms or our website — at any time, free of charge.

How to ask

• Send a message to the smile.krd Facebook Page or @getsmile.krd on Instagram saying you want your data deleted; or
• contact us directly: hello@smile.krd · WhatsApp +964 750 322 4696.

What happens next

• We delete your messages, comments and contact details from our systems within 30 days.
• We confirm on the same channel once it is done.
• Messages still stored inside Facebook or Instagram themselves are controlled by Meta — you can delete those from your own account.
